Service Description

Join us for a public study group where we do breath work, inspirational readings, guided meditations, and group sharing and supporting! It's fun and open to ALL! This is a community led group modeled after the structure and traditions of 12 step recovery groups. Volunteers to facilitate the meetings are always welcome. Business meetings are held after the 1st Saturday meeting, and everyone is invited to attend and get involved in the leadership of this group.
